Katarina is a semiaromatic dry white wine that is produced from the grape istrian malvazija.
It has light  aromas of fruits and flowers with a touch of acacia honey. The minerality of the wine reflects in the lightly salty taste. The typical almond taste together with the moderate acidity gives Katarina a long lasting freshness. It is suggested with fish dishes, white meat, istrian prosciutto and lighter cheese. Serving temperature is 8-10 °C
